Rotary Club of La Jolla President Kate Adams has announced the club has found a new location for their weekly luncheons at The Cuvier Club.
Recently, the club has been forced to find a new venue for its Tuesday Noon Luncheon Meetings when the new owners of La Jolla’s Historic La Valencia Hotel announced their plans to initiate an extensive renovation that would preclude the hotel’s long-time commitment to the club.
THE CUVIER CLUB
Built in the early 1920′s, the building’s history at 7776 Eads Avenue was originally a USO Hall. It served as a great meeting place for dances and many joyful gatherings and eventually became the modern event space that it is today.
